2) Even if you did conduct such a survey online, Human psychology would more than likely get in the way of actual measurements, greatly affecting the Empirical Scientific data. Due to the nature human psychology, when males are asked to honestly judge the size of their own penises against what they think is the "normal" or "average" size , about 73-96% of the time (depending on the age range of the males asked) males will be very to quick to say that they think their penis is somewhat smaller than normal. Not only does this lead to the fabrication of the truth without followup evidence, but it also greatly throws off the actual scientific results. This in-turn causes a sort of "loop" in the same mentality, as when the wide-scale results come back, the evidence would only serve to prove that their penis is below the average size, leading to even more insecurity and fabrication.

3) If anyone one ever truly wanted to do a survey like this purely for furthering their own knowledge of general human anatomy or just for the scientific data, Then I've got good news: This survey has already been done in a very strictly controlled environment where the actual length of all participants penises were measured, both before and after the survey was taken. The participants in this survey were from several different ethnic backgrounds as well as different parts of the world.
(so now, I guess it's not really necessary anyway)

From a medical standpoint, It is somewhat healthy. So if, (in an alternate, fantasy timeline) I ever have a child, I'm going to tell them it's okay to do it. How can you even control that? I would agree, but more often than not one will find that the Adults teaching it are aware that the very concept is a total joke to younger children anyway so they do not take it as seriously as they perhaps should.
