Bug overview description.
Wiki history is using 12-hour clock to show "Last edited" time, but it doesn't show a.m. or p.m. which is confusing.

Seems more like a feature request than a bug. Unless it's supposed to show last edited time a.m. or p.m.

Bug or not, it should definitely either tell whether it's AM or PM. Using 24-hour clock might work too, whatever the rest of the site does I guess. Consistency is best.

maybe have it as a toggle between the AM/PM version and the 24-hour version if that could be done.
