People use a "cut" and a "circumcised" tag. They should be merged together as the "cut" tag, since the opposite tag in use is the "uncut" tag. Not to mention typing "circumcised" is a lot more annoying than the "uncut" tag that people already use to avoid typing "uncircumcised"

Cut can also refer to small wounds. That makes it too ambiguous to be used.

For a long time cut was aliased to circumcised but that ended up causing issues with posts accidentally getting tagged with that when there are cuts on the skin (I suspect that would only increase if we moved it all to cut).
Personally, I think it would be easier all around if we just move uncut to foreskin. Even though we'd still probably need to disambiguate or invalidate it, it would definitely at least de-emphasize the cut part a bit.
