Would depend if fur is visible or not.

Horses irl almost always have fur, that thou does not necessarily translate over in some art styles.

This is actually a long standing problem with all color_skin/fur/feathers/scales tags, they are for when actual texture is visible or implied, but people often still tag based off outside information and where the body texture isnt actually visible. some have proposed invalidating these, but the images that feature texture would be harder to find, especially skin sence skin is already invalidated so "texture skin" couldnt be used to alternatively search for these
