Implicating tentacle_tongue → prehensile_tongue

seem the same, with a odd mix of some tongues as well that are simply long or hyper sized and wouldn't belong under ether name really.

both alias and implication are bad because they are not same. tentacle tongues are tongues that actually look like tentacles. prehensile tongue is just a tongue that is prehensile. tentacle tongues can be prehensile but not always and prehensile tongues might be just regular looking tongues that are prehensile. basically tentacle tongue is special type of tongue and prehensile tongue is just feature that some tongues have.
