Looks like those have been moved under clitoral_winking. I'm not entirely sure when or why (because, as usual, trying to search the whole tag history at once only makes it time out.)

Considering said act implies said body part IS exposed, it'd make sense.

If we keep clitoral_winking, then yes.

I'm supportive of aliasing them all to clitoral_winking and particularly the clitoris implication. There really isn't any difference in this action in horses to justify keeping them split and I can't really think of another animal this really applies to which might take them up.
