True, I suggest we create a Fnaf2 tag, or since its a copyright, tag everything under a copyright tag of the creator of the game : Scott Cawthon.

I think that character from previous part should be tagged the same. I don't think that fnaf2 tag is necessary. Pokemon and digimon have only one tag for whole franchise I don't see why fnaf2 should have more. I saw a trailer and it doesn't look much different than first part.

The only things that would really need to be added would be new characters such as the new animatrons as they exist beside and are separate from the old characters and the new guard as Mike is no longer the night guard.

What about all the other sequel tags? Those tags implicate the original

I think franchise is fine in most cases, for example pikachu showed up in all pokemon installments, we don't really need to tag every pikachu with 20 new tags.

On the other hand, stuff like mlp FIM is pretty distinctive from the previous seasons, even art wise, so in that case we probably benefit from that.

I think that the thing with Pokemon and digimon tags is that characters from the first editions (pikachu) still show up in many of the other editions. That's why one tag works, because who can tell if that's gen 1 augumon or gen 5? But other series don't quite have that same kind of setup. There's almost nothing from final fantasy 1 that's also in final fantasy 13.

Hmm. New character tags sounds good, since the Animatronics are new, but I don't think the franchise needs a new tag, FNAF is still FNAF. Does anybody think there would be reason to differentiate the game itself?

No, they're the same characters. They've just been redesigned.

It depends on what you mean by "same characters". To the kids who go there, yes, they are still Bonnie, Chica, Foxy and Freddy. To the security guards and to us, the players, they are two separate groups of characters.

The trailer shows a redesigned Bonnie, then the original Bonnie missing the upper half of his face. It's creepy as hell.

Foxy has been redesigned, but in the trailer you see the original Foxy lunging at you, so both versions are in the game it seems. Maybe the remodels could just have 2.0 after their names?

Really nothing should be changed until there is real info on the game. Otherwise there may be multiple changes made to tags instead of just one once we know

Still no info on names and stuff, is what I am saying.

Kinda like how we had like 3 names for the mega evolutions in pokemon until they gave them a name
