Also, I sometimes get request header or cookie too large when using download. Tried clearing cache and cookies. Nothing worked so rip. Thoughts?

My first thought would have been your blacklist but you're nowhere near the limit for that to affect you.

• What happens when you go to the site in a private window. Don't log in yet.
• Same as above, but log in and try it again
• Same as above, but different browser?
• Same as above, but different computer? (if possible)
