Aliasing phimosis → tight_foreskin

Reason:

Some people are tagging the term tight foreskin because they're unaware of the medical term phimosis.

Reasons it should be changed:

1: Despite phimosis being more correct it has a lot of negative connotations.

2: The fact it's a heavily medical oriented term that not everyone knows means there's basis for replacing it. For clarity. Not everyone knows what phimosis means at a glance. But everyone will understand tight_foreskin.

3: Its the only remaining *_foreskin tag thatuses it's own word other than uncut so it would consolidate the tags.

If they're not aliased. Phimosis should be reserved to images with a visible pucker on the opening. As opposed to just any tight foreskin and the tags be kept separate / wiki updated.

Seems like a good idea, especially because of the second reason.

It'd be less likely to be confused with long_foreskin, too.
