Requested feature overview description.

It would be good to have a report function (similar to the report function on wiki pages) added to a pool's main page.

Why would it be useful?

It would allow duplicate pools (and pools which are mistakenly created instead of a set) to be brought to the admins' attention quickly and easily.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?

All /pool/show/xxxx pages.

Implemented. Pending Deploy. This also includes the ability to report sets.

The dropdown list in the Ticket Centre doesn't have "set" or "pool" listed yet.
