Requested feature overview description.

A new tag type, "Medium," to go with the existing types of "Artist," "Species," etc.

Example tags:

• digital_media_(artwork)
• pencil_(artwork)
• photo_manipulation
• mixed_media

Why would it be useful?

• Encourage uploaders and taggers to tag media more extensively and consistently
• Make viewers more aware of the various medium tags and the ability to discover art through them

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?

• Tag sidebar on post page
• Tag edit page

No objections from me, but that leads to the question: would we make more of those kind of tag categories on posts while we're at it?

Maybe, but having too many could undermine their effectiveness. I think medium tags are worth separating out because, unlike most general tags, they describe the post itself rather than what the post shows.

Although there is a question of whether things like black_and_white would go in here; any answer to the broad question of 'how will this be rendered' qualifies IMO (black ink != black ink and blue watercolor, cartoonish != realist, some transparent areas vs entirely opaque, etc.)
