Also, what? There aren't even any images tagged with playworld.

Not only is no one supposed to be making implication suggestions (hence the 1 day ban) but neither playworld nor image are even valid tags.

Huh, doesn't this only affect that little implications and aliases list or is there an automation that scans the first post in the tags and wiki forum and creates an implication request there?

I don't know the specifics. Pending aliases and implications that had been made by users were affecting the tags, which should never happen. The fix has been committed and will be in the next update.
