Requested feature overview description.
When you search an artist's name, it should show artist tags on e621 that use that name (lifted from the "Other Names" list on the artist entry) as suggestions.

Why would it be useful?
Artists with multiple names won't necessarily have all of those names as searchable on e621. The problem of searching for them can be fixed with aliases, sure, but there's loads of aliases go to through.
For example, the artist Dangan has the tag "mutaninini". Were this feature implemented, you would be able to search "dangan" or "だんがん" and the site would suggest mutaninini, because both of those are listed as alternate names.

Might be worth adding.
Those should be covered by aliases, but it usually takes months for even simple aliases to be approved. So the current system isn't exactly working out well.
