There's a couple users on here who, though they ain't breaking any rules, they just flat out piss me off (I wont name 'em). I'm sure many users here have the same problem (half of y'all probably hate me XD). Anyway, is it possible to make a blocking feature like on Google+ where individuals can basically "blacklist" another user so they don't have to see their comments, posts, or any such hoohah? Thanks.

Yeah, there is: It's called the blacklist. Just below the list are two checkboxes, the lower of which lets you make it auto-hide their posts for you.
