It's what other people are going to be looking for when looking up lotus position. Make a new tagging system if you want to start tagging yoga forms instead of trying to hijack an existing one.

One could have specified *_sex_position but that would be too clunky and so all *_position equate sex poses and positions. If your looking or want to create something for general(unrelated to sex), use *_pose instead.

Excuse me, I didn't try to hijack it. I just knew what that position was named and wasn't too aware of the name of that sex position.
