Artist username at Fur Affinity is jeffdragon471 (displays as Jeff_Dragon471).
Artist username at DeviantArt is sabre471.

Both accounts of the artist don't seem clear on what the name of the artist is,
except that "Name" on art is a symbol and "471".
(So suggest we go with "Jeff_Dragon471" for the time being)

Name in "About" area (in DA profile page) is "Jeff The Lati-Jet", which seems more like a name of his main character Jeffray , included at http://sabre471.deviantart.com/art/All-my-surviving-ocs-584628932
