Close enough? I suppose there might've been some difference at some point, but if so, I don't see it.

Also saggy_breasts -> sagging_breasts.

-1 for saggy_breasts to sagging_breasts

Because in general English you say saggy tits because that's the usual way of saying them. Especially when they are not in motion. But this site doesn't do special taGs that only get used for videos and animated gifs, (which I consider videos because it not stablelized), and not for pictures. Because saggy_tits could be for pictures, and sagging_tits could be used for videos. <- That was just an example to kinda stay on-topic. And s/tits/breasts/boobs. Tomahto/Tomayto.

in most cases the only way you could tell the difference is if the image was animated. unless you really can see a big difference between the motion of the tits in a still image then who's to say the difference between a bounce and a jiggle. What someone see's as a jiggle you will see as a bounce.
