Can't replicate the problem. As long as nothing else is wrong, it's probably nothing serious.

OS? Browser? Versions all up to date? Can you replicate with other machines/browsers?

Flash is still a plugin and many browsers have started to prevent them and put them inside their own little containers, so this does sound like some sort of bug where container isn't properly embedded to page, so it bugs out when scrolling.

Well I tested that FireFox makes the flashes flicker like crazy, while Internet Explorer made the flashes work perfectly fine.

Funny enough, can't get flash content to play with firefox 50.0.2 under Windows 10 at all. Pretty sure it worked fine last time I used the browser with version 4X.

Try rebooting. Or force-closing Firefox and Flash via task manager.

I'd recommend using chrome? I know browsers are preference, but chrome runs pretty damn well!

Hell, even Microsoft Edge isn't terrible like IE was
