It's no more specific than any other species implication..
They're corvids, so I suppose they should to be implicated there. Even though they look quite different from most other corvids.

Can we alias it to indochinese_magpie and then imply that? These things, despite properly being named "GREEN," aren't always green.

Possibly, though green magpie is the name of the genus: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cissa_%28genus%29
Come to think about it, all green magpies look pretty similar by twys. I wonder if we should just lump them all under green_magpie. Looks like the color variation depends on their diet, kinda like flamingos..
