It's not any hassle and it's a quick* process. You can make a request here.

*last time I used it, it was fast. I used it when the feature was very new.

Lamiaaa is far worse than Krystil. Krystil looks like a fairly neutral, easy to remember solid username.
Lamiaaa with it's three a's is a bit strange and looks like Lamia was already taken at wherever you came up with that name (It probably was).

-it's more pretty than lamiaaa
-i don't see any disadvantages for this name

-it have too much similarities with this name
