Reason:

Sea_slugs are slugs. Generally more colorful and frilly than their terrestrial counterparts, so this is ideal as an implication as opposed to an alias.

Slug is already implied to gastropod, so this implication will also rightfully imply sea_slug to gastropod.

Apparently it's sometimes used in English for other non-gastropods, but chances are those would get mistagged as slug anyways, so it should probably be fine.

The implication isn't really scientifically accurate, but I think it's good enough for us.
