Deep throating is by definition a type of fellatio

if this gets approved, then also delete deep_throat->oral implication since fellatio implies oral

I was thinking that too, but the wiki page for deep_throat seems to be specifically about fellatio. Guess one or the other needs to be changed

I'd be in support of keeping the deep_throat -> oral implication and editing the wiki.
