Actually, Jibanyan is a species of Youkai. It's like Yoshis, there's a major character who happens to be one and shares his name with the species. However, with both Yoshis and with Pokemon, we don't imply even the genus, like "Feline," we simply allow it to be tagged as well.

We do have admin's ruling to not tag specific species tags like cat though, just feline.
