switch accounts and account names

along with this, the tag "arh" seems to be already associated with a character by the artist, so use arh_(artist) instead

I'd rather arh be the artist tag and move everything currently tagged with it to arh_(character).

well, I moved everything to arh_(character) ready for the monamoo -> arh alias.

Was about to post another piece by Monamoo/Arh, and noticed this one's still stuck in limbo despite the groundwork above having been sorted.

Could someone maybe do that thing where you do the thing with the green thingie?
