coathanger coat_hanger clothes_hanger = use in closet, use for cheap abortion

door_hanger = the "we're having sex do not disturb" hanger for hotel rooms

hanger = meaningless

wall_hook = used to mount something to the wall

clothes_line clothesline = a cord to hang clothes on to dry. sometimes hangs from one side of a street or alley to the other

clothes_pin = holds clothes on the clothesline

There's also a plane hangar, where planes sit inside when not in use.

coathanger + coat_hanger + clothes_hanger: Interchangeably meaning a wire or wooden frame you put hang clothes on. "Coat hanger" can also mean the wooden stand you specifically hang coats on.

door_hanger: Something you put on the top of the door to stop it from closing propperly. Great for trolling others in the household. Also good for putting clothes on.

hanger: Sounds more like an executioner than something related to clothes.

wall_hook: Just a hook in the wall. Usually for hanging paintings and clocks on.

clothes_line + clothesline: Something that's really fun to swing on!

clothes_pin: No idea...
