Topic: I could use a hand tagging anthro and feral pics.

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

[color=LawnGreen]Hello There!

[color=PaleGreen]So i about 3 months ago i started adding the missing anthro and feral tags to pics, but i still have about 132000 more pics to tag wich is a lot.
[color=PaleGreen]Is here someone who has the time, and can help me with this project?
[color=PaleGreen]I think my tagging technique is the most efficient for this project.
[color=PaleGreen]I in my opinion it's pretty important to tag anthros and ferals cause these tags are the almost the most basic ones on this site.
Could someone help me please?

Updated

I can't help because I want to do wiki things, but I have some ideas for this project:

1. Ditto's interface is a little complex, so a tutorial of "how to assign hotkey" would be appreciated. (It took me a day to figure out.)
2. Use Thumbnail Enlarger if you prefer tagging on search result page.
3. Use Tag Highlighter if you prefer tagging on post page to see missing tags you are looking for.
4. Search -anthro -feral -human -humanoid -ambiguous_form -zero_pictured. Maybe add -pokemon because they are tricky. Or maybe -animated if they are getting annoying.
5. Blacklist all other minor body types in the tag_group:body_types.

About tagging:

1. Add ambiguous_form if the body is not shown.
2. Add anthrofied if it is a copyright character.
3. semi-anthro should be tagged as anthro or feral instead, but do not bother deleting semi-anthro tag.

Yep, that's solid advice throughout.
The compromise for keeping semi-anthro was that it'd be tagged as a subtag, so those still need to be additionally tagged as either anthro or feral.

Edit: Sorry for the Engrish, I shouldn't write anything so early in the morning. Fixed.

Semi-anthro is used as a subtag, those still need to be tagged as one of the main forms. Since that frees up one tag search space, you can replace it with one of the less common forms, such as living_machine, or with zero_pictured.

Edit: And that's exactly what ZaSigma4 said. Never mind.

One could always replace either semi-anthro and/or taur for a species or copyright tag, so that the whole tagging project doesn't seem so daunting.

What is your search? -anthro -feral -zero_pictured?

I use -anthro -feral -taur -humanoid -semi-anthro -alien for tagging zero_pictured is not really important cause there are not too much of those.

Well i didn't think of that because, in my case it only took me 10 minutes to figure it out.
