Bug overview description.
The note history page has a space for "IP Address" but no IP's appear here as a non-admin. Screenshot.
This has most likely nothing to do with my history as admin since it appears on my alt account too.

What is the expected behavior?
To not show it because it's useless for regular members.
What actual behavior is given instead?
"IP Address" space.

Clicked the note history page.

No.
Is it just me or are most of these form questions a bit superfluous/redundant in most cases?
