Custom alias and implication list

Why would it be useful?
This would let the users get around aliases that corner cases prevent from implementing (e.g. char→species aliases) and fixing the mistags that are caused by one never remember which tag is correct (waving_penis v. swinging_penis in my case) as well as typos that are peculiar to someone (e.g. in my case abus for anus, cum_while_penetration for cum_while_penetrated)...
Clearly this should only be for uploads and probably not apply to edits to reduce the risk of it causing undue problems
