Bug overview description.
Comments below threshold unhides blacklist blocked users.

If you click "comments below threshold" it will unhide that user's comments along with the ones below the threshold. The comments below threshold button basically re-fetches all of the comments, but ignores score. Since the blacklist is applied on page load it doesn't hide them properly.

What is the expected behavior?
Blacklisted comments should stay hidden when viewing comments below threshold.

What actual behavior is given instead?
Blacklisted comments are shown when viewing "comments below threshold."

Yes.

What steps did you take to replicated this bug?
Blacklist a comment user. Click "view comments below threshold.", comments are no longer hidden.

Bug confirmed. Assigned internal ID #401.

Part of a larger cleanup on blacklist functionality and being able to apply it more than once per page load.

The following bug report is believed to be related to this issue.

Siral: Bug:
Blacklisted IDs of a post show up in the avatars of users, even when the checkbox is filled.

Expected behavior:
All blacklisted ID:***** to not be shown as a user's avatar.

Actual behavior:
Blacklisted ID:***** show up.

Steps to duplicate:
Unknown. It immediately works when reinputted, but in an undetermined amount of time, it stops working. It still works for the exact post for searching, though. *if I find out, I'll edit this*

If needed, this is what I'm trying to avoid seeing as an avatar.
