Bug overview description.
The link that's supposed to go to the user page instead links to a forum post with the ID of the user that created the forum post.
What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
/ticket/new?disp_id=XXXX&type=forum
What is the expected behavior?
When reporting this thread for example, clicking my name would be expected to go to /user/show/183413.
What actual behavior is given instead?
The link instead goes to /forum/show/183413. My user ID, but a forum post instead.
