Fixed your tags. The wiki has information you should read, and the specifics for uploading is tagging help , tagging guidelines , and uploading guidelines .

Two things, though: you were not the artist, so don't list yourself as one, because one of the rules is plagiarism which includes claiming another's at work as your own; secondly, you don't need to use tags:, character:, or any other *: tag to make them tags. Just use underscores and leave it as is. Making tags also means you'd need to make their wiki, source page, or etc., so just leave them as is for now.

Tags are words describing what is visible in the post. Think of genders, species, characters, objects, backgrounds, etc. There will also be tags about the artist, copyright and image details (like resolutions).

In a nutshell, tag a post solely on what you see, not what you know. If you see an informative external site on which the information about something in the post is in conflict with what you see, do not use that information.
"My character is a male/female!" is a frequently heard comment and a perfect example of this.

Anyway, you can add tags by pressing the Edit button directly underneath any image. You then just add all the tags you want to add. Make sure that when you add tags that consist of two or more words, you use an underscore, like so: detailed_background. If you don't, it will show up as detailed and background, which are both invalid tags.

You can also delete tags. Tags often get deleted for being invalid, inapplicable or superfluous (like many underscores or pointless words).

If you go to the bottom left corner, you will find a section called History. The links underneath tell about what changes to the post have been made in the past. Once you performed your tag edit, it will show up there:

Those are the basics of tagging. Some useful pages:

Ratings help is one that is also commonly missed, add that to your list too.
