@Yellowfin_Tuna: On the subject of blips, there also isn't a proper message for when one tries to save an edit to a blip after the initial "can-edit" period has expired. Just the ol' 500 error. :>

Blips return an error message when they cannot be edited anymore.
What actual behavior is given instead?
500 Error.

Yes.
What steps did you take to replicated this bug?
Be on the blip/edit page for a blip that can no longer be edited. Attempt to save the blip after the 5 minute edit period.
Errors or other messages returned. (If any)
500 error. Don't have any error codes handy related to it.
