Suspected to be related to viewing comments below threshold, which is not honoring blacklist.

Unconfirmed.

Need more information.

I am having an issue where it seems like my blacklist settings are being ignored, and I'm seeing posts that I have blacklisted, including through people's avatars.

I'm not sure if I am correct, but I think my settings weren't adjusted well. It might not be a bug after all.

I haven't been seeing anything blacklisted for months until a few days ago. If it's truly a bug, than I hope it's easy to fix.

Please do not hijack bug report threads with feature requests. Unless the bug report and feature request explicitly overlap(is part of the bug being fixed, or feature request filed under a bug report,) these threads are for gathering feedback related only to the bug listed. This helps the other developers and myself keep things organized and quickly located by restricting threads to a single topic.

If there is not a topic for the feature, than it was not imported and you should create a thread for it. In order to keep the workload at a reasonable level when importing them, only the most recent 10 or so pages were imported and picked through. It doesn't mean that those were the most important feature requests, just the ones that were most reasonable to deduplicate, verify were not already implemented, and relevant to the current state of the site.
