OP probably meant "what does it mean in the context of this site?"

And as the wiki says, most of the content is more or less 'lewd'. So yeah, not worth keeping. Seems like a mix of seductive, presenting, suggestive, and generic posts where it's sufficient that they're rated Explicit. No additional tag needed.

Honestly I would not mind lewd, or something similar, as a tag for work that is rated safe, but which is meant to be sexual in nature. Fully clothed pinups, and the like. Could be handy. But would also be an unrealistically large project for not all that much benefit.
