Bug overview description.

Probably has to do with the fact that I have been an admin, just like the bug thread I linked above. Instead of doing what it does, it links to a "404" page. Screenshot.

To not show an "Add" button because I am no longer an admin.

What actual behavior is given instead?

It shows an "Add" button.

I loaded the page again.
