Implying torn_stockings → torn_clothing

Reason:

torn_stockings -> stockings
which will then imply it to legwear, and both of the tags will imply it to clothing.

Aliasing torn_stockings → torn_clothing

Use stikeout text to show the link goes to an alias still and edit in that it should be an implication instead.

well, i did that, but my question is that even though it's obvious i want this to be an implication and not an alias, the system auto-generated an alias for this link instead of an implication. should i just leave it like this and wait for a moderator to correct it?

Yes. The strikethrough and post comment clue them in that it really does need a change, but in general you want to just wait for them to change it.
