Error page stating "you cannot post the same thread twice in a row", and a display of my previous forum post

What steps did you take to replicate this bug? I attempted to achieve the same result with this thread. However, in this case, it correctly reported 'title missing'. This was the case both with a 0-length title and a title that was simply a space. May be content-sensitive for some weird reason, then? Or time sensitive.

Bug was encountered while attempting to post https://e621.net/forum/show/212114 , via the normal 'new topic' link. Content has not changed significantly since adding subject line and successfully posting it.
