Implicating spitroast → double_penetration

According to double penetration's description, "If a character is simultaneously penetrated orally + anally or vaginally, it's also a spitroast." That implies that a spitroast is also necessarily a double penetration.

This is technically a spitroast but with triple penetration, thanks to a fourth character.

From how I understood it, a spitroast is only in effect with three people, no more and no less.
