Not sure when this one got changed, but I think you forgot about neck_bulge, urethral_bulge, and the nonexistent "ball bulge"

Edited them into bulging_(disambiguation), but "ball bulge" is already just "bulge". It includes the penis and/or balls.
*edit* turns out there is one that may need a new tag name. Since it is for cock vore and we have urethral bulge (not saying they are dependent on one another), maybe scrotum_bulge? ballsack is already specific to one thing, and said thing wouldn't always apply to what is looked at. Just ball_bulge is not specific enough, and there are cases where something inside the balls are bulging out, they're just not tagged...
