Aliasing focus_on_human → human_focus

Reason:

Standardization.

Someone's been mass-tagging this. Not a bad concept for a tag: it's for posts where the focus is on the human, instead of site-relevant characters/species.

But it should be renamed, because all of the other focus tags are under *_focus. And the less underscores, the better. Since our taggers keep forgetting those...
