Reason:

Converting the emoticon ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) to the proper term of Lenny Face.

Unfortunately, current e621 technology means that any posts actually tagged with this face will create four different nonsense tags, and so this would only be useful for searching.

It wouldn't be useful for searching either unless users add the underscores in all the right places.
