Requested feature overview description:
Add a thumbnail column to the tag history page.
Why would it be useful?
It would make mistags easier to spot and fix. For example, let's say that an user mass tags something by hundreds, and only third of them are mistagged. Currently we need to check every post manually. But if the thumbnails were visible, it'd be possible to see at a glance which ones need fixing. (...in most cases, anyway.)
