Requested feature overview description.

Currently there is a small box on submission pages that show whether or not a post has child images as long as those child posts aren't deleted.
This is greatly annoying when trying to find deleted images, as such the box show always show for janitor or above, even if those images are deleted.

Why would it be useful?

So staff can directly see if there has been a deleted child post for various reason.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?

All submission pages.

If all child posts are deleted, turn the thing red, too. Same goes for if the parent is deleted.
