Aliasing matra_usagi → jinya

Reason:
Same artist, their twitter handle.
However it seems like artists earlier works have clear signature of "jinya" making it really easy to tag, while later ones have signature in format of あかばね じん YYYY.MM.DD @MATRA_USAGI. Essentially making twitter handle only one easy to tag.
