Topic: Which tag for animal body part that is inflatable? (including pokemon Builzel)

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

Wandered across an image ( post #898709 ) including a pokemon Buizel and the inflatable body part was tagged as inner_tube

What should the inflatable part of a builzel be tagged as?

"The yellow collar that surrounds its neck can be inflated and used as a flotation device when it inhales."
quote from http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Buizel_%28Pok%C3%A9mon%29#Biology

EDIT: Oh wait, a builzel evolves into a floatzel and bulbapedia says "... Floatzel can deflate its floatation sac, and then inflate it once again when it wishes to surface. "

So maybe tag as floatation_sac ???

o_O i always thought it was an inner tube. that's what it looks like after all and bubapedia would probably count as external info and...might not count here with TWYS.

Under the TWYS policy, we do not use external information, so we tag as if we do not know that the inner tube is actually a body part.

Well the artist says the pokemon is a "buizel"
and en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Pok%C3%A9mon_%28387%E2%80%93440%29#Floatzel
says
"Floatzel ... is a large, orange floating sea weasel Pokémon that has a larger floation sac than Buizel"

but again, that is external info and here it's TWYS not Tag What You Know.

and in the pic you linked in the OP, it looks like buizel is wearing an inner tube thus it has the inner_tube tag. nothing about that pic says "flotation_sac".

I'm sorry, but sometimes, that rule just gets ridiculous.

The TWYS policy is meant to facilitate searching. Users looking for Buizels can find the post and so can users looking for inner tubes. Without the policy, a search for inner_tube would not return the post even though the user wants to see it.
