Incineroar is a pokémon, so he should be implied to the pokémon tag, pretty self-explanatory.

primarina and decidueye too.

Let's just say "Gen VII Pokemon" and call it done.

I don't think there's ever going to be a tag with more implications than pokémon. It's already over 700 and counting, invalid_tag being a very distant second with about 330.

Like I said couple of weeks ago, someone should compile a full list of the new pokemon tags, so we can alias implicate them all in one chunk.
