What the hell is "Peyronie's disease"? There's no wiki article for it.
Really should be using the reason field for something, and explaining what it is would be a decent use.

Or, without being silly: it makes the penis curve severely (compared to normal) and can cause pain, when the penis is erect. This can go as far as erectile dysfunction as a result of the pain.
