Reason:

This artist runs Tumblr account named InsertiveFluttershy, but they call themselves Insertive on it and also on Derpibooru:

On the other hand, "insertive" is a generic word, so it may be better to make the alias the other way around.

Or use insertive_(artist) and alias insertivefluttershy to that. +1 to the reverse, if otherwise.

I suppose you are planning on uploading more of their art when you get the chance. That would help the chances of an approval here.

I think the _(artist) suffix is reserved only for cases when there is no other alternative. It's a pain in the ass when creating tags, too. I know the suffix is used often, but that's mostly because some uploaders don't know they can switch a tag to an artist tag using artist:name.

Eh, the admins seem to be preocupied and have had neglected alias suggestions for the last 6 months or so, anyway. Or maybe they gave up maintaining the aliasing functionality altogether?

Insertive can't be an artist tag because of situations like this

Nah, they've just been handled behind the scenes by Rainbow Dash, who doesn't post "approved" or "Denied" like Fluttershy Parasprite used to.
