Topic: Tag Implication: featureless_crotch -> naturally_censored

the terms overlap but all featuereless crotches are not really "naturally censored" (i mean imagine human with featuereless crotch and no pubes or anything). there should be something that makes it clear that the character has something naturally covering their junk and not just absence of genitals

\-1. LIke Mutisija mentions, simply not having anything drawn there doesn't mean there's natural censorship.

See f'rex Bugs Bunny, who while not depicted with male genitalia in official artwork doesn't have anything that would qualify as natural censorship, like thicker groin fur.

Heck, except for the little bit of fluff atop his head, cheek tufts, and his tail, normally he doesn't really have any fur showing. :P

I feel like there needs to be some sort of further discussion on what "Censorship" actually is because its become glaringly apparent to me that some users don't know what it actually is or when it is appropriate to tag as such.

Pretty sure with tagging, the censorship isn't used in literal sense all the time. For example convenient_censorship means something just happens to be there to block the view, so in half of the time image simply is like that and nothing is being actually deliberately censored.

This is true but doesn't refer to situations where a character is simply clothed or etc, which I've been seeing every now and then.

can't think of a good example pic right offhand but crotch_tuft seems more like naturally_censored than featureless_crotch.
