Are biceps ever tagged when they're not big? Wouldn't big_muscles biceps work just as well?

the muscles themselves generally are tagged on simple visibility, not size.
it could, thru what if its just the biceps that are really big while the rest of the musculature is fairly regular? it would also be a extra tag you need to use in searches
It does seem to have its uses considering over 1000 posts are tagged with it
